Consent Script

End users are employees of the water and wastewater treatment plants served by Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. Employees opt in verbally through their Plant Supervisor. The Plant Supervisor reads the following consent script before collecting the employee's mobile phone number:
Plant Supervisor: "Would you like to receive recurring SMS text messages from Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. regarding water and wastewater treatment plant operational alerts, including SCADA alarms, plant status notifications, equipment conditions, and related operational events?"
Plant Operator: "Yes."
Plant Supervisor: "Message frequency varies depending on plant activity and the number of alerts generated. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Do you agree to receive these SMS notifications at the mobile phone number you provide?"
Plant Operator: "Yes."
Plant Supervisor: "Thank you. I will record your mobile phone number and your consent to receive these SMS notifications from Keystone Engineering Group, Inc."
The Plant Supervisor records the employee's mobile phone number, date of consent, and confirmation that the employee affirmatively agreed to receive SMS notifications from Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. A copy of this verbal consent script is publicly available below.
