These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. ("Keystone Engineering Group," "we," "us," or "our").
By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
SMS Messaging Terms
Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. provides SMS notifications to authorized employees of water and wastewater treatment plants served by Keystone Engineering Group, Inc.
SMS messages are used for operational purposes, including SCADA alarms, plant status notifications, equipment conditions, and other related water and wastewater treatment plant operational events.
Employees who choose to receive SMS notifications provide their consent verbally through their Plant Supervisor. The Plant Supervisor obtains the employee's affirmative consent before recording the employee's mobile phone number for SMS notifications.
SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing or using Keystone Engineering Group, Inc.'s services.
By providing affirmative consent to receive SMS notifications, you authorize Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. to send recurring operational SMS messages to the mobile phone number you provide.
Message frequency varies depending on plant activity and the number of operational alerts generated. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. You may reply HELP for assistance.
After you opt out, you may receive a final message confirming your request. You will not receive additional SMS messages unless you provide new consent.
SMS Consent Is Separate
Consent to receive SMS messages is separate from acceptance of these Terms of Service. Employees are not required to consent to SMS messaging in order to use Keystone Engineering Group, Inc.'s services or otherwise communicate with Keystone Engineering Group, Inc.
SMS consent is obtained verbally through the employee's Plant Supervisor. The employee must affirmatively agree to receive SMS notifications before the Plant Supervisor records the employee's mobile phone number for the SMS messaging program.

No Sharing of SMS Consent for Marketing
Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS messaging consent or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Your SMS consent applies specifically to communications from Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. and does not constitute consent to receive marketing messages from unrelated third parties or affiliates.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and not to misuse our services or interfere with their operation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
