SMS Messaging
Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. provides SMS notifications to authorized employees of water and wastewater treatment plants served by Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. SMS messages are used for operational purposes, including SCADA alarms, plant status notifications, equipment conditions, and other related water and wastewater treatment plant operational events.
Employees provide consent to receive these SMS notifications verbally through their Plant Supervisor. The Plant Supervisor obtains the employee's affirmative consent before recording the employee's mobile phone number for SMS notifications. We maintain records of the employee's mobile phone number, the date and time consent was provided, and the employee's affirmative consent to receive SMS notifications.
Message frequency varies depending on plant activity and the number of operational alerts generated. Message and data rates may apply.
Recipients may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.
SMS consent is not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are used only to provide the operational SMS notifications described in this Privacy Policy and to administer and maintain the SMS messaging program.
