Municipal Building HVAC Upgrade

The City of Beverly’s municipal building had an obsolete boiler, window air conditioning units, and older courtroom split system which all needed replacement. The project consisted of removing existing courtroom air conditioning system and adding a new heat pump to provide heating to serve the municipal and court portions of the building.

Keystone provided complete design services for the project consisting of drawings and specifications for public bidding. This included the a new variable refrigerant flow heat pump system for the upper floor and lower floor office spaces, courtroom areas, and new bathroom exhaust system. Each office space has their own individual indoor unit to maximize comfort. Keystone also designed the electrical modifications equipment for the new HVAC system including new HVAC distribution sub-panel and associated controls.
