Bill is currently managing Keystone Engineering Group, Inc.’s Hamilton, New Jersey branch office. He studied Mechanical Engineering at Wilkes University and proceeded to work in the fast-paced, ever-changing, consulting engineering field concentrating on MEP design for Water and Wastewater Facilities. He has been a part of the Keystone team for 8 years with over 9 years of experience in consulting engineering. In his free time, Bill enjoys playing rugby for a local division 3 men’s club and spending time with his family (wife Melissa and daughter Abigail). Bill is determined to grow Keystone’s design and automation services in the state of New Jersey through our newly opened Hamilton Office location.

D. Jeremy Cherelli, P.E.
Jeremy graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 1999 with a BS in Electrical Engineering.  While in college, he participated in an internship for a mechanical contractor, who hired him after he graduated. During his employment, he was grateful to be able to work on some of the largest mechanical refrigeration systems in the United States, which helped grow his technical expertise in Industrial Automation. In 2011, Jeremy joined Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. and has worked as a project manager and senior programmer, ultimately managing several large-scale SCADA integration projects. He looks forward to continuing with the project management team to cultivate programming talent, as well as developing tools to help Keystone maintain the standard of excellence that has made the firm a leading system integrator primarily in the Water and Wastewater Industries. Outside the office, he spends time with his wife and four kids, as the family is involved in many activities, such as sports, drama, camping and fishing.

Heather Heltzinger
With a BS in Electronics and Controls Systems from Millersville University in Pennsylvania, Heather entered the automation field, while still in college. With over 13 years of SCADA and Controls experience, Heather brings great success to Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. and is an essential part of the Automation Department.  Her key strengths include creating detailed designs, working with clients to generate streamlined, cost-effective control systems, and managing projects to ensure that they stay on schedule and under budget.  In her spare time, Heather enjoys traveling, running, kayaking and spending time with her husband.

Michael Papciak
Mike is a graduate of Penn State University and has a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology. In 2007, he joined Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. and brought with him extensive experience in automation and controls, resulting in his current position as a Project Manager in the Automation Department.  Mike is an integral part of Keystone’s success. His main responsibilities include programming, startups, mentoring new hires, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies within the Water and Wastewater Industries.  When not at work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.

Michael Wade, P.E.
With over 18 years of experience, Mike is a seasoned Environmental Engineer who has sought to provide cost-effective designs and clear solutions to his clients.  He devotes much of his practice providing process and detailed design work for industrial wastewater clients.  With a BS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida, he entered the consulting engineering field soon after he graduated.  A transplant from North Carolina, Mike is an avid cyclist and continues to explore Pennsylvania’s many offerings including sporting events, historic sites, and beautiful nature trails.
